Building close, positive relationships with families is crucial to me. I will ensure your child’s spiritual, personal and social needs are met as their young mind is beginning to develop and mature emotionally and cognitively.
I believe it is also of central importance that families find me warm and approachable, for this reason I commit to listening to your ideas and concerns and answer them effectively and co-operatively.
Every family and their child regardless of any background differences (their race, religion, gender or social status) is equally respected and valued.
‘Home Sweet Home’ is an environment where your child will develop a sense of belonging, a positive sense of themselves, while forming positive relationships with their friends and adults. Here your child will learn about respect and social skills, including managing their own feelings to understand what is appropriate behaviour, whilst understanding their world around them.
My families ‘must sign and agree’ to all my policies and procedures before joining my setting, respecting and appreciating ‘Home Sweet Home’ Expectations.
